I would like to thank you for the excellent job that you did on the video tape of the CTX 1100.  I especially appreciate that you could work at short notice to meet our schedules.

The overall customer response to the video has been very positive.  Every customer that we have visited to date has requested that we leave the tape so that they could show it to other people in their organizations.  The video has turned out to be one of our most successful marketing tools.

One of the biggest problems that we have always had with our products is that it is very hard for the customer to get a clear idea of what our products do.  The video fills this gap in our presentation.  I plan to use videos as a strategic part of all our future cell controller products.
