There are several things we’d like to learn from you. Primarily we need to know the purpose of the video and the intended audience. Your timetable (due date) is important to know to make sure the project is do-able.
And if you have a budget, we’d like to hear it. Why? It’s so we can show you the different approaches we can take to make it a reality. If you were to buy a house or car or computer, you’d certainly want to have a price range in mind. Similarly, with your budget in mind, we can show you what kind of video we can produce for that dollar amount.
If you do not have a budget in mind, we’ll need you to be as specific as possible about what you want the video to look like so we can give you a price. Often our clients will share a video they’ve seen (typically on YouTube) and say “What would it cost to get a video like that?” We can give a price for a comparable video, as well as make suggestions on how to improve the video or lower the cost.
